MTV GameOne Robert Bowling Modern Warfare 2 Interview
In this ten minute interview with MTV’s German gaming site, GameOne.de, Bowling talks about nothing we don’t already know. Saying that – there is always going to be a bit of new intel in any given interview and in this one he does talk about some interesting things that don’t get discussed by Infinity Ward a lot. Callsign’s and how they “make people famous”, Perks and their pro versions and dynamic objects in Multiplayer are all on the menu.

This game is going to be awesome, pc users should appreciate the amount of work put into it. All the b***hing about dedicated servers I pray will not stray iw away from the pc community come next modern warfare… As a PC user, I can’t say I know everything about iw.net down to the infrastructure portion of it, that is why I’m positive they will do the best to provide a lag free enjoyable experience. Not everyone are modders out there, and not everyone can afford to host their own servers. Perhaps later on they can create an expansion or a patch Hitler denied in his video for the mod/dedicated server community.

From what he was saying and the way they mentioned earlier that martyrdom will be used in a different way this time…it will prolly be used as a death streak for weaker players as it was originally intentioned.
The fact that you get points for everything now is awesome. I used to always shoot down the heli’s in cod 4 and now i finally get a reward for it.
I have to admit me and my boys were a little upset when we found out it was 70 levels per prestige, but after hearing that video it sounds as though gaining xp really wont be a problem. Hope they do a week long of double xp like WAW was famous for i wanna be 10th prestige fast to get one of those pins from IW…In case you don’t know what im talking about…First 10,000 people to become 10th prestige will recieve a pin and car decal in the mail of the 10th prestige logo.

You’re so f**king r****ded, you’re the reason why they are trying to dumb down the PC community. Things you should know about IWnet its for a few reasons-
1) Money
2) Control of DLC (custom maps are gone)
3) Selecting your maps
4) You’re going to lag dips**t compared to the host of a 30 mb on average when dedicated servers run 100 mb
If you don’t like hosting a server don’t plenty of other people will.
