- Afghan – Medium sized open desert. Intense Demolition battles.
- Derail – Trainwreck in a large snowy area. Epic large battles.
- Estate – Cabin in the woods. Fight for control of the cabin.
- Favela – Alleyways of Brazil. Great for all game modes and all sizes.
- Highrise – Rooftop skyscraper. Hectic Domination games.
- Invasion – City in the desert. Classis street to street firefights.
- Karachi – Ravaged desert town. Tactical street fights abound.
- Quarry – Medium-sized quarry. Intense Capture the Flag matches.
- Rundown – Village in Brazil. Fight from all angles.
- Rust – Tiny desert sandstorm. Fast-paced action on a small map.
- Scrapyard – Small airplane gravelyard. Great for any number of players.
- Skidrow – Urban city fighting. In and out of apartments close range engagements.
- Sub Base – Snowy submarine base. Great vertical gameplay.
- Terminal – Medium sized airport. Great for all game modes.
- Underpass – Rainy underpass. Good balance of medium to long range fighting.

- Bailout - A multi-level apartment complex.
- Salvage – A snowy junkyard fortified by stacked debris and crushed cars.
- Storm – An open industrial park littered with heavy machinery.
- Crash – A war-torn urban environment. Good objective based games.
- Overgrown – Features a massive dry creek bed. Great for snipers and long range battles.
Resurgence Pack Map Pack
- Strike – An urban town surrounded by hotels.
- Vacant – A wide open Russian office complex .
- Trailer Park – Full of “super tight corridors” and featuring a pool.

I’m trying to get my idea back to Infinity Ward hoping they, and everyone else like it, and consider it.
I may not be the first to have this idea but I think that some maps should have differen’t weather, and time that is randomized just like the order in witch the maps are picked.
For instance: You will be playing Quarry and it could either be Sunny, rainy, or snowing, midnight only lit by street lamps or buildings, or Mid-day or dusk. I know that snow won’t fit in most like Rust, but this would mix it up even more and make 17 maps turn into 30+.
Please help get this back to Infinity Ward if you would like this feature.
I think it would be a great addition.

I agree totally with this. In fact we have done just that for our COD4 mods we made. IW should definately add weather and day night cycles to spice the maps up a little and give them extra reply values. We have added light rain, heavy rain, lightning, storms, wet environments, blizzards, sandstorms, drips on screen, dynamic day/night cycles etc. Light showers can progress into heavy rain then into storms etc. All randomised and control via percent chances. Can even have a day night cycle that last 24 hours and when maps change the weather and time of day continue on from the same point. thats a killer idea downthecrapper about random wheather infinity listen to that guy i felt 15 bucks was lil 2spendy for bonus maps but hey i love the game so it wasnt even a choice LOL if they hooked up the random wheather idea id see myself totally b***hing about shelling out another 15 bucks BUT…I’d totally do it for lil snowy rainy mix up at midnight i got my atm card out already just thinking bout it haha GET ERRR DONE infinity b4 blackops cuz i got a short attention span and will forget bout mw2 when its out just like i did with uncharted2 when mw2 came out or at least put the idea into blackops multi maps snowballlll fight in afghan yeahhh baby!!!!

The max amount of players per team in SnD is 6.
There are 4 rounds in one game, you said you had 4 deaths so that means you lost.
If you had gotten 26 kills you would have had to kill every player every round without dying witch would have made your team win +2 kills from a round that woulden’t take place because you would only be able to get 24 kills total.
You can’t get a Draw on SnD.

my friend got a nuke in search and destroy… we let him get all the kills for the first three round, the fourth round he got 3 kills and lost (DIDNT DIE, just let bomb be blown up), same for fourth, and 5th he got all the kills.
we had a full party, and were playing a very VERY bad team.

These overviews are great i’ve been using them to make strats. I do have a suggestion though, you think you could maybe throw in s&d’s bomb spots? You could probably do dom’s too, just color code em or something. It’d be pretty cool.

Is there going to be maps for both map packs, the first 16 detailed maps helped me create strategies but with the first map pack (got ps3), I’ve had to guess what to do and where to go for each game (plus all depends on who I’m playing).

I wish there was a method (or hack) to change maps.
i keep getting Quarry and Underpass…i hate those maps.
Terminal and Highrise are getting more rare each day. What really ticks me off is if i see a map i don’t like in Demolition, i move to Domination and see the same map, same goes for any other match type.
This automated stuff is a huge turn off. Waste of potential.

I got a new ps3 this week and had previously purchased the stimulus package last month. None of the maps from that Stimulus package are available to me anymore.
My rank and weapons came back after setting up the new ps3…but not the stimulus maps.
