Shoot the windows with your secondary weapon. Plant a calymore by the ladders facing the to massive tanks. Once you have done that get on the yellow railing and face towards the red tanks and other ares which you will be able to see and snipe. Be careful as people will see you after a while and will get wise so take your shots carefully and with precision.
