As for Ghost sadly he to is Dead look at the wound that he receive from a pointblank shot from a .44 magnum when he is tossed, and even he survive and didn't not get burned. Shepherd's men the shadow company will still be there for a very long time mopping up the area, collecting other intels , and looking for Russian soldiers and TF-141 survive insuring that know one will know what really happen more than enough time for ghost to lose to much blood and does not have a way of getting out of that place.
