Contingency is Act III. Also, when you said in endgame "don't mind the helicopters" I disagree. I beat the game on veteran (still need the intel and star 69 achievments) and that mission's malicious difficulty is the helicopters. I died easily 25 times on that mission from the helicopters alone. Be aware of what Price says. I actually found it helpful to do the opposite of what he said somehow. Your list is wrong.
