Modern Warfare 2 Accolade List
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was pretty light on the after action report side of things. It would be nice to see who got the most kills, deaths, head shots etc etc at the end of a game.
Well in Modern Warfare 2 not only will there be an improved after action report but it will be very detailed. Accolades will be awarded to players who gain specific awards during matches and are displayed at the end of the game for everyone to see. For example, if you spent the most time in prone or you capture the most flags, you get the Accolade. There is even a Accolade for the person who changes class the most and one for the person who ends the game with the highest average altitude. That’s how detailed it is!
Here is a list of just some of the 100+ Accolades from Modern Warfare 2
Unstoppable: Longest killstreak
Devastation: Highest multi-kill
Clutch Player: Match Winning Kill
Overkill: Most kills/Most head shots
Supernatural: Kill/Death ratio over 10 Kill/Death ratio over 10
Decimator: Killed entire enemy team without dying
Top Gun: Most Airstrikes
Blindfire: Most bullet penetration kills
Hot Potato: Most grenades thrown back
Rescuer: Most rescues
Marksman: Most long shots
Upriser: Most kills of higher rank
Genocidal: Most multi-kills
Sniper: Most stationary kills
Unbreakable: Most bullets deflected
Switchblade: Most knife kills
Fragger: Most frag grenade kills
Grenadier: Most grenade kills
Symtex Pro: Most Semtex kills
CQB: Most SMG kills
Buckshot: Most shotgun kills
Smoking Gun: Most pistol head shots
Boomstick: Most shotgun head shots

Vengeful: Most paybacks
None Spared: Killed entire enemy team

From a quick glance at the list, it looks as if the only missable one would be Upriser, if you don’t get it by level 70. I am not sure but I would assume that badges may be unlocked for getting all of these during a prestige round, so Upriser may be one to try to get early on in the last prestige in order not to miss it. This is all speculation however!!

Were the hell is best kill/death ratio!?! No one in IW thought of that one?! Thats the only one I would care about. They thought of all these other dumb ones and not a best k/d ratio. Aaaaaaaahhhhh

@K1 – I agree, there does need to be a ‘best KDR’. The list above is not the full list though. There is 108 accolades in total so maybe there is a ‘best KDR’ in there somewhere.

Guess ‘SuperNatural’ is something what you earn when you didn’t get killed in the match… or maybe even didn’t get hit even.
Just a guess.
I do think these kind of ‘small’ additions make you even want to play the game more and more. The feeling of reward will be awesome.

Think about it.
The “Best K/D” title would have to be shared by two players who went 1-0 and 25-0, respectively.
I suppose they could add in a tiebreaker, but that’s the only reason I can see not to include it.

Rather, the guy who joins in at the end and goes 2-0 will take your K/D title even if you went 25-1. No tiebreaker can help you there.

‘Just warming up’
Is acquired by playing a private match, and receiving NO other accolades at all. So you have to try NOT to get the most of anything.
