@justin, No, it’s a modified glock 17, the tan, and green finish are only used with the Glock 17. And the glock 18 has no selector lever switch.

@WeaponsExpert14, I think what is saying is that there is no selector switch on the slide, thus meaning that IW made a mistake, that put a glock 17 in place of a glock 18. By all means its still a class 3, it looks like a 17. i.e. their is no selector switch. And for the record I agree with both of you guys.

no its not the 18th version of it. theres no glock 1. its called a glock 17 because it held 17 bullets. every other model has just gone one number up from that.

@Koesko, ya, the glock 18 is the selective fire variant of the glock model 17, which is the original 9x19mm Parabellum model for glocks.

@stephen, actually buddy the best sniper in the world is the intervention. Just because the barret fires bigger rounds doesnt mean its better. It weighs 30 pounds and is less accurate. Read up Bud

i agree but intervention is a bolt action so if you miss your quick scope your dead or you knife or do another quick scope again but a barret is a semi which you can shoot again and again until you run out of bullet but i think intervension is better because i can do nothing with barret ill get a negative with my score

could possible first ive try intervention (im noob in quick and half scope) so after leveling… i found the wa2000 who was very good yeah urban camo and thermal-FMJ so it was good but ive see it was not very acurate when you spray bullets from across the map so ive try the barret .50 and it is now super there three days i try it and boom 75 kills and digital but i stay with the acog scope because it can be usefull in close combat…. sometimes i (spray and pray) lol

@XxinsanesniperxX, their is no such thing as an M21EBR… its supposed to be M14EBR another on of IW infamous mistakes… Enhanced Battle Rifle all the way… after Cheytac Intervention .408

@xXRathlosXx, an M21 SWS (Sniper Weapon System) is an adaptation of the M14. Rock Island Arsenal converted some National Match grade M14′s to the later designated M21 SWS. But yes, the weapon in the game is (by looks) an M14 EBR.

No, you are wrong. The M21 is an M14 modified for a sniper role, the M21 EBR is a heavily modified M21 designed to be lighter, and easier to operate.

There is no Dragunov in MP, why??

The WA2000 is essentially the Dragunov, same stats. The Dragunov is not crap, it is one of the best guns from CoD4, it receives no damage boost from Stopping power, and is still one shot kill. Also, it is alot nicer to look at than the WA2000…..

The 1887 was pretty overpowered, you have to admit it. I used those w/akimbo constantly because they were easy to own with. Only reason I stopped using them was because I wanted a challenge. They were noob weapons.
Anyways, give me a HK UMP 45 and a Desert Eagle anyday.

I am f**k’d up with Mw2 right now.. I get beutiful no scope in Afghan and bullet cross the fuc**ng map, AND HITMARKER… That happens so many times when i’m doing something cool and get hitmarker in the chest and ARGGHH……I SO PISSED OF on that.. Why IW do that on sniper rifles and they users.. Why Barret 50.cal and INTERVENTION can’t be one shot kill in every where on body if it using Stopping Power…….And intervention and barret damage fails because you got many hitmarkers in throat or middle of chest….And sometimes I feel like I get hitmarker in head..what the fu*k… Thats not right,, IW must do something about sniper damage!!!!!!!!!!!

intervention FMJ + Magnum FMJ (quick switch+ no recoil if you shoot it in the right timing, only with FMJ thou) with sight of hand pro, stopping power pro and ninja pro. flash nade (cos it completly makes the whole screen white, so the player cant shoot you. where as with a stun nade he can still kill you if your not carefull.), claymore ( to plant behind you or to kill someone who is not looking in style.) final stand
scar-h with m203 + Magnum FMJ (for the same reasons) sight of hand pro or scavenger pro, hard line pro or stopping power pro, and scrambler pro. flash nade. claymore OR normal nade. final stand
Kills streaks – for the people who can reach 7 kills and aiming for nuke
Attack helicopter – circles the map UNLIKE the Harrier.
AC 130 – just hide and use the damn thing. you would already get around 15+ kills with the heli, so you can reach 25 with this easyly.
Nuke – do what you like, i would keep playing for more kills untill the last 2-3 mins then use it.
Kill streaks for less good people.
use hardline. this makes uav 2 or carepackage 3.
i would use care package because you have a chance (percentages at the bottom) of getting anything but the nuke.
so,
carepackage – dont be stupid and give it away. watch the map and see where you teamates are spawning. do it there.
sentry gun – better then pmissle because normally you will only get 1-3 kills with that. move the turrent about, dont let the people you killed to respawn knowing where it is with a AT4 with them.
pave low – you should get at least four more kills (remember not to die thou) which is enough for a pavelow. it is great and it kills everyone. stays in the air for 60 seconds with two turrets (2x the attack heli) and better amoumor. the first missle shot it will miss because it has counter measures. the second one will hit but will not shoot it down. it takes two plus the miss.
if the pave low is too hard to get, use attack helicopter.

if you are good with the intervention, i suggest you to have a thermal one, a FMJ one, and a acog one. acog for maps like rust, thermal for snowy maps, or afgan. FMJ for clear maps like terminal.
btw, if you play ps3, the FAL is glitched. the iron sight on it in sightly to the left. oh yh, so is the magnum but its great.
