U do NOT get it by completing all Prestige challenges. In fact, a bug in the coding makes it impossible to get. To obtain it, one had to be at prestige 10 and complete Veteran and Mastery challenges IV with the AK47, however, a bug in the coding means that the Veteran and Mastery IV challenges were never implemented for the AK47, so unless IW releases a hotfix, the animated Prestige 10 emblem will remain impossible to obtain.
