@CoBreH, I also know about this and theres nothing to worry about. As I have found, you can unlock them at any rank of any prestige.

How do u get the pirate flag emblem on page 3 right next to the red and yellow nuke symbol. i been tryin to get dat for eva.

i hope they update new emblems and titles lyk once evry 2 months.u know keep it new i would love that it would also help not get bord of the game =)and maybe new camo’s 4 ur weapons.how cool would it be 2 create ur own camo 4 ur gun!!!!!if u lyk my ideas plz let ervy1 no so infinty ward actually does it

News – STD and Omnicide achieved
STD = knife someone who has this emblem
Omnicide = kill entire enemy team within 10 seconds. (tip have pave low ready)

@Loz, nop ur wrong, the only way to get the spinning 10th prestige emblem is to complete every single challenge.including every single gun challenge,and every single challenge in the Barracks.so it will probably take u more then 1 year.;) Good Luck.

@Sonnny, complete absolutely every challenge available when your in 10th prestiege, so that’s all the prestige gun challenges, masterys, veterans, etc. You unlock the 10th prestiege icon, but the skull and crossbones are gold and it is a spinning emblem
